“Primum” the first of all our wines, the foundation of the La Valle spirit. A determined brut, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, brilliant and with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, fine and fragrant with tones of bread crust, honey, yellow apple, pineapple and exotic fruit, with floral notes. The taste is savory with a good acidity that underlines its harmonic balance; it is enveloping, fleshy and with good persistence.
