The selected Pinot Noir grapes from the “Roccolo” vineyard give life to a tenacious Extra Brut: the “Blanc de Noirs”.
A masterpiece of freshness, elegance and purity. A wine that comes from black grapes and magically turns into white wine. Straw yellow in color, with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. Complex, intense and fine nose with evident notes of candied citrus, strawberry, currant, and light tones of peanut. Very mineral, the taste is dry and quite soft and savory. Of remarkable structure and acidity.
